Bonding and Assembly

Significant value can be added to the manufacturing process by utilizing Polycraft's in-house specialty assembly capabilities. Polycraft Products maintains a clean room capable of aerospace bonding of composite and metal sub-assemblies for use in aerospace and defense applications. Our clean rooms meet MIL-A-83377B specifications for US military assembly, and are pressure, temperature and humidity controlled. We can accommodate volumes between the single prototype and the thousands that maybe required for full production.
