Our facility is equipped to provide "in house" tooling and
modeling skills necessary to produce tooling to mold silicones and
urethanes. Urethanes can be as soft as skin or as rigid as acrylics. They
can have inserts molded in, or totally encapsulate components. Urethanes
can out wear steel in abrasive situations. Silicones can withstand
temperatures of 500 degree F. and above.
Based upon your specific needs, our design engineers work with you to select the most cost effective materials and tooling for your application. We produce a diverse range of mold types and can work from prints, sketches or verbal instructions. |
Polycraft Products maintains SPC quality assurance, is certified ISO 9002 and also compliant to AS9000 standard. Whether your molding needs are for prototyping or production parts, from silicone or urethane or for simple or complex jobs, Polycraft can turn it around quickly and precisely. |

Polycraft has the capability to perform many operations in-house to save you time, effort and money. With diversity of services, dual sourcing becomes an outdated notion. Designing, tooling, molding and bonding are all operations performed daily at Polycraft. The skills, quality control and expertise necessary for your job are all here for you to take advantage of. To meet the high standards of federal MIL-Q-9858-A and MIL-STD-45662 a Statistical Process Control program with continuous training takes place. Quality is set up and built into the process. Quality is not an add-on but rather a procedure. Thomas E. Landers, founded Polycraft in 1982 (after 17 years working in the industry) with a vision to provide exceptional customer service in manufacturing high quality small to medium size precision parts. Beginning in aerospace where much of his experience was cultivated and moving into automotive and medical, Tom has put together a management team able to respond to the challenges facing manufacturing in today's climate and has built a dynamic, growing company with over 80 years combined manufacturing experience.
