Prototypes may be used for molds as "proof of concept" ie (1 to 10 pcs) or continue as low volume production of thousands of parts. We also have a complete "in house" production of tooling that not only accelerates turn around time, but also controls costs.

SPC Quality Assurance

To meet the high standards of federal MIL-Q-9858-A and MIL-STD-45662 a Statistical Process Control program with continuous training takes place. Quality is set up and built into the process. Quality is not an add-on but rather a procedure.
